If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your electronic devices in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Securely place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
